● All gold purchases must be made in Ghana Cedis at the Bank of Ghana Reference Rate
● All foreigners must exit the local gold market — buy only from GoldBod
● Operating without a GoldBod licence is a punishable offence
● Monthly purchase reports must be submitted by the 5th of each month
● All gold must be sold to or through GoldBod — no direct export by licensed entities
